Offers information and encouragement through mother-to-mother support for women interested in breastfeeding and parenting. Accredited volunteer leader available for telephone help. Monthly meetings give women an opportunity to share their joys, questions and concerns with a knowledgeable leader and experienced mothers. Extensive library on subjects such as pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, weaning, nutrition, parenting and much more.

The Hi-U Seniors Centre is one of the busiest places in the village. Come by for a morning coffee and a game of cribbage.
There are pool tables, shuffleboard, monthly suppers and special events. Free blood pressure clinic is held the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.
The Hi-U is also available for events and meetings.
